It is under the jurisdiction of HCSC Enterprise USA, and is mainly responsible for strategic management such as strategic planning, market positioning, corporate culture construction, team building and staff performance management, brand deepening and marketing, group integrated system development and maintenance, product marketing positioning, market resource integration and enterprise reengineering of all branches of the enterprise.

The three entities of HCSC Enterprise Group are located in Yingkou, Liaoning Province, Northeast China.
